Session 1 Prep Survey

Send 3-5 days before. Goal: understand specifics so you can tailor demos and exercises to what people actually do.

Describe the specific task that makes you groan. This is what we'll demo live.

4. What's your current AI setup?
5. Have you tried using AI for something and had it go badly or feel useless?

If yes, what happened? (This helps me address the right misconceptions.)

6. Which exercise do you want to do during the hands-on portion?
7. What would make this session worth your time?

Be specific. "Learn about AI" tells me nothing. "See how to turn my Monday reporting into a 5-minute task" tells me everything.

How to use these

Copy these questions into Google Forms or Typeform. Keep it anonymous, people are more honest. Read responses before the session and use Q5/Q7 (Session 1) to tailor your demos to what people actually care about.
